safespace

Safespace is a webcomic that I created as a part of my thesis to get my degree in Graphic design. It focus heavily on norm creative solutions and representation for people that might identify themself as queer and/or as a part of the LGBTQIA+ community in pop culture and media.

Safespace is a story about five roommates that all identify as queer in some kind of way. They have moved to the house to find a place where they can feel safe and free to be themself. Every episode / issue of safe space follow a different roommate and by doing so give space and representation for a different kind of sexuality and/or identity. We start of the story by following Vanessa (She/her, 23, bisexual) that’s about to move into the house.
